Huguang is a manufacturer of round tinplate containers. Currently, it uses an automated production line to improve production efficiency, but the loading and unloading problem is still labor-intensive and requires manual stacking and packaging. We hope that Chuangyi can provide a suitable packaging solution.

We propose to add an automatic strapping machine at the end of the production line. Four round tinplate containers are grouped together using PP strapping tape. The fully automatic strapping machine can quickly hot-melt bond the PP strapping tape, and the interface is strong and not easy to break. After strapping, the round tinplate containers are stacked faster, no longer one by one as before, and when stacking, they are more stable and not easy to scatter.
